Terms and Conditions – Vanish Gold Pro Giveaway

The entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of those terms.

Promoter

  1. The promoter is RB (Hygiene Home) Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 58 629 549 506) of Level 47, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter). 
  2. The Vanish Gold Pro Giveaway (Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotional Period

  1. The Promotion will commence at 01:00 am AEDT on 16th Sep 2024 and will finish at 23:59 pm AEDT on 15th Oct 2024 (Promotional Period).

The Promotion

  1. The Promotion is free of charge, with only one (1) winner to be selected by random to win a prepaid MasterCard valued at AU$10,000 (including GST) (the Prize), which is the total prize pool.
  2. To gain an entry into the promotion for a chance to win the Prize, entrants must demonstrate usage of a Vanish Gold Pro product as listed below:
    1. Vanish Gold Pro (1kg or 2 kg);

by submitting the following information:

  1. the first and last name and email address of entrant;
  2. photos demonstrating the before-and-after effects of clothes washing in any washing cycles, clearly featuring a specially marked Vanish Gold Pro product.*
  3. leaving a description (no more than 100 words) of the washing experience on the webpage.

*Noted that the photos submitted will need to be less than 5MB per file, at least 800*600 pixels (standard), in JPEG or PNG format.

during the Promotional Period, to the designated vanish website at www.vanishstains.com.au/vanishgoldpro (Qualifying Submission).

  1. Each entrant making the submission will receive a pop-up notification acknowledging the receipt of the information.

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian States and Territories aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (and who remain to be legal residents for the duration of the Promotional Period). All entries of persons aged less than 18 years old will be deemed invalid.
  2. Business partners, directors, employees, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies, or agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto spouses, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent,
  3. Each entrant is eligible to make one Qualifying Submission on the designated website, multiple entries are not permitted.

Winner Determination

  1. The Promotion is a game of chance. Each eligible entrant making a Qualifying Submission will be entered into a process of random selection, with one winner to be drawn from eligible entries on 23 October 2024 at 9am AEDT at the Promoter’s registered address.
  2. The Promoter’s selection of the winning entries will be final and binding, no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry, unclaimed Prize, or ineligible entrant is drawn.
  3. The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw on 23 October 2024 by way of email provided upon entry, and winner’s detail including surname, last name, State or Territory will be published on the website for 30 days (Notification).
  4. The winner must within one (1) month of receiving the Notification (Claim Period), provide the Promoter with a valid Australian email address. Upon receiving the information, the Prize will be scheduled to be sent within 3-5 business days thereafter.
  5. Any rejection of or failure to claim the Prize within the Claim Period, will render a redraw, which is to be taken place at 2pm on 4 December 2024 AEDT at the Promoter’s registered address.

 

General Conditions

  1. Personal information including entrant’s name, and email address will be collected and processed by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and providing the Prize, in accordance with its privacy policy available at [https://www.vanishstains.com.au/privacy-statement/]. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use and disclosure of the personal information for the sole purposes of this Promotion, as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details, and to provide the relevant information. If the personal information is not provided, or incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are being provided, entrants will be deemed ineligible to participate in the Promotion, and the Promoter shall not be held liable for the failure to receive the Prize.
  3. The Prize will only be awarded to the person named in the entry, and any entry made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner, including name, age and address.
  4. The eligibility of entry is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time:
    1. to verify information relevant to participation in the Promotion of any entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
    2. to refuse entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with the terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.
    3. To disqualify entrants who breaches the terms and conditions, who engages in any unlawful or improper misconduct, or otherwise jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights and the Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such offenders are reserved.

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility of late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries, notification to the winner or other communications, whether due to spam, junk-mail or other security settings. No compensation will be payable to any person if a winner is unable to claim a Prize for whatever reason.
  2. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
  3. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorized intervention, no entry, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the rights in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislation.
  4. A Winner’s use of Prize is entirely at their own risk. The Winner releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the Winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the Winner’s participation in the Promotion.
